Start here with the elevate foundations of movement course

The Elevate Foundations course is designed to help each new member enter group classes safely and confidently. Through these three, one hour private training sessions, all staple movements are taught and modified or advanced according to each person's abilities.

Course required for those who do not have previous resistance/strength training experience. Course available to those who need a fitness refresh before starting back up!

What is the best part about our Group Classes? The community of course! The burpees are super fun, too. We promise.

Elevate’s Group Strength and Conditioning classes are built upon a structured approach to helping each individual gain total body strength, increased endurance, basic gymnastics skills, weightlifting, improved balance, agility and coordination. This is a class format for EVERY BODY, and all fitness levels are welcome. Each class is led by a certified instructor, and all workouts are modified or advanced to meet the individuals skill set. Ages 15+ are welcome to join!

MOBILITY

 

Mobility is a movement based class, focused on achieving quality ranges of motion across all planes through all joints and muscles of the body. Dynamic bodyweight movement drills coupled with flexibility training help each participant walk away with increased confidence in their daily movement patterns.

6:15-7pm

Olympic Weightlifting

All classes are taught by a certified, experienced instructor, and are built around teaching the Olympic Lifts, the Clean, the Jerk and the Snatch. Classes will focus on technique, mobility and accessory movements and drills to strengthen these lifts and their accuracy. Olympic lifting is known for building power, strength, speed and explosiveness over time. This class is perfect for anyone looking to improve their lifting technique, for high school athletes or anyone who is a fan of getting stronger!

Wednesday at 6:30pm

Open Gym

Instruction free time where members may use the gym to work on whatever they would like. A certified coach will be present.
