STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING CLASSES
Elevate’s Group Strength and Conditioning classes are rooted in evidence-based programming designed to support longevity, performance, and real-world strength. We train with intention, focusing on building strong, capable humans through a balanced approach that develops total-body strength, endurance, movement quality, coordination, and body awareness. This is no-frills training. Just consistent, focused work that builds confidence, grit, and resilience over time.
Our programming runs in structured 5-week cycles, with four weeks dedicated to progressive strength building followed by a deload week to reduce fatigue, reinforce movement patterns, and prepare for the next phase. This approach allows for measurable progress while supporting recovery and long-term sustainability.
This class is for every body. All fitness levels are welcome, and every workout is coached, scaled, or progressed to meet you where you are. Whether you are new to strength training or have years of experience, our certified coaches provide clear instruction and thoughtful adjustments to help you move well, get stronger, and continue progressing. Ages 15 and up are welcome.
What makes Elevate different is the coaching. Our team is made up of highly qualified professionals who also bring their own lived experience with training, growth, and transformation. They do not just coach it, they live it. Every coach understands firsthand how strength and movement can change your confidence, your mindset, and your life, and they are deeply committed to helping you experience that for yourself. This is not just another gym. It is a place where people show up for each other, where coaching is intentional and personal, and where the standard of care, attention, and energy in the room truly sets us apart.
To support your training beyond the hour you spend in the gym, we use a private workout tracking platform called WODPOD, developed by one of our own members. Members receive access to the full week of programming every Sunday evening, making it easy to plan ahead, log workouts, and see real, measurable progress while staying connected to the community.
We also believe that fitness should be accessible to everyone. That is why we share our workouts publicly on Instagram (@elevatestrengthco), removing barriers for anyone who wants to move, train, and improve. Our goal is to make strength and conditioning equitable and approachable, whether you are training with us in person or following along from wherever you are.

HYROX
This class is for everyone. Whether you are training for a HYROX race or just love a good sweat that builds real strength and endurance, HYROX at Elevate is designed to meet you where you are. Every workout is scalable and user-friendly, making it approachable for beginners while still challenging for experienced athletes who want to push their performance.
HYROX itself is a global indoor fitness race made up of eight 1K runs, each paired with a functional workout station like ski erg, sled push and pull, rowing, burpee broad jumps, farmer’s carries, sandbag lunges, and wall balls. It is a test of both engine and strength, with a consistent format that allows athletes to train with intention and measure progress over time.
At Elevate, we break down and train each component of the race. We build strength in the key movements, develop aerobic capacity and pacing, and layer in accessory work to support durability, efficiency, and injury prevention. For those planning to compete, this creates a clear path to feel prepared and confident on race day. For everyone else, it is an incredibly effective way to get stronger, faster, and more resilient while training alongside a supportive, high-energy community.
We also support your training outside of class. Members have access to three additional HYROX-focused workouts each week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays through our private WODPOD app, giving you the option to build consistency, practice specific skills, and continue progressing on your own time.
Current Schedule: Saturdays at 7am (more classes TBA)

Olympic Weightlifting
We are proud to be home to an official USA Weightlifting club, Elevate Weightlifting Club. Our Olympic Weightlifting program is led by Masters USAW nationally qualified competitor and coach Andrea Callahan, bringing both high-level experience and intentional coaching to every class.
Classes are built around developing the two primary lifts, the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk, with a strong emphasis on technique, mobility, and purposeful accessory work. You will spend time breaking down positions, refining bar path, and building the strength, speed, and coordination required to lift efficiently and safely. Olympic lifting is one of the most effective ways to develop power and total-body strength over time.
This is an all-levels class designed to meet you where you are. Whether you are brand new to the lifts, a high school athlete building a foundation, or an experienced lifter looking to sharpen technique, you will receive clear coaching and individualized feedback to help you progress at a safe and measurable rate. For those interested in competition, this program also provides the structure, support, and guidance needed to prepare for upcoming meets.
